Our blends are prepared by FDA-grandfathered manufacturers — small American houses whose recipes pre-date the modern rulebook and cannot be replicated by any newcomer. This is craft on a closing horizon.
Every blend rests under a wooden press in oak casks for not less than twelve months. Some wait three years before the tin is sealed.
